Your marketing calendar is already done.
A brand-new virtual event every month, each with its own affiliate hub of ready-to-use copy, graphics, and links, sent to you before the promo window opens. You share. We handle the rest. 50% on VIP passes and funnel offers, 30% on memberships.
This is how you get promo windows, swipe copy, and a heads up before every event. It is the affiliate list, not the HobbyScool newsletter, and you can unsubscribe any time.
You are on the list.
One more step. Create your ThriveCart affiliate account to get your tracking link and set up how you get paid. This link is in your email too, so you can come back to it later.
Joining means you agree to the Affiliate Agreement.
Affiliate accounts are approved by hand.
Signing up takes a minute, but it does not put you in the program. We review every new affiliate account, and commission is only ever paid to an approved affiliate. If we decline your account, nothing it sent us gets paid out, so wait for the approval email before you promote anything.
You need an audience of your own. We approve affiliates who have built an email list, a social media following, a community, or a channel of crafters, makers, and creative hobbyists who would actually want to come to a HobbyScool event. If that is not who follows you, this is not the right program for you and the account will be declined.
What is not allowed: coupon, deal, and cash back sites. Purchased, rented, or scraped email lists. Unsolicited email. Paid search on our brand names. Posting your link on sites that are not your own. Accounts built on any of these are declined, and an approved affiliate who does any of them loses their place in the program along with any unpaid commission. The full list is in the Affiliate Agreement.

You share the free event. The funnel does the rest.
You are not selling anything. You send people to a free summit, and every paid step after that is already built, tested, and running.
They register free
One click from your link. No purchase required, which is exactly why this converts better than promoting a paid product cold.
The VIP All-Access Pass at $37
A fast-action price shown for 20 minutes after they opt in. This is where most of your commission comes from. You earn $18.50.
Then $47 during the event, $67 after
The price steps up as the window closes. Later buyers pay you more. You earn $23.50 and $33.50.
Order bump and upsells
A $7 to $9 bump at checkout and $27 upsells after. All of it commissionable at 50%.
The Craft & Create Club
An annual membership at $70, with a monthly downsell at $7. Memberships pay 30% recurring, so this one keeps paying as long as they stay.
What that looks like in practice. Ten VIP passes at the $47 price is $235 from one promotion. Add a few order bumps and upsells and it climbs from there. Then anyone who joins the Craft & Create Club keeps paying you every month for as long as they stay a member.
What you earn, exactly.
Two rates. Event VIP passes and everything in the event funnel pay 50%. Memberships pay 30%, and on the monthly and annual plans that is 30% of every renewal, not just the first payment.
| Offer | Customer pays | You earn |
|---|---|---|
| VIP All-Access Passfast action, 20 min after opt-in | $37 | $18.50 |
| VIP All-Access Passduring the event | $47 | $23.50 |
| VIP All-Access Passafter the event | $67 | $33.50 |
| Order bumpat checkout | $7 – $9 | $3.50 – $4.50 |
| Upsells and cross-sells | $27 | $13.50 |
| Craft & Create Clubannual | $70 / year | $21 / yearrecurring |
| Craft & Create Clubmonthly downsell | $7 / month | $2.10 / monthrecurring |
| Craft & Create Clublifetime | $197 one time | $59.10paid once |
Lifetime memberships pay 30% too. The Craft & Create Club has a $197 lifetime option, and it earns the same 30% commission as the monthly and annual plans. That works out to about $59 on a single sale, which is the biggest payout in the Club. It is a one-time payment so there is no renewal commission behind it, but nothing else you promote here earns that much at once.
Commission is calculated on what the customer is actually charged, not on a list price. Where a discount or coupon applies, your commission comes off the discounted amount.
Craft & Create Club
Monthly creative workshops, all year
Guided craft workshops with step-by-step instruction, plus the full workshop library. Annual and lifetime members get bonus summits on top. It is the offer that keeps paying you after the event ends.
Pricing: $70 a year, $7 a month on the downsell, or $197 for lifetime access.
You earn: 30% on all three. On monthly and annual that is 30% of every renewal, for as long as they stay a member. On lifetime it is $59.10, paid once.

Edit the swipe copy so it sounds like you. Affiliates who rewrite it consistently earn more than affiliates who send it as written.
Ready to share something people actually want?
Free to join and it takes about four minutes. Every account is reviewed before the links go live, so you will hear back within a couple of business days.
How the program works.
Create your account and get approved
Sign up at hobbyscool.thrivecart.com/affiliate/signup and connect your PayPal business account. Then watch for the approval email, which usually takes a couple of business days.
Grab your tracking link
Once you are approved, your unique link lives in your ThriveCart dashboard. Every link is tied to your ID.
Promote in the window
Three weeks before each event goes live. Emails, social copy, graphics, and links arrive before the window opens.
Get paid
Payouts run monthly by PayPal after the refund window closes. Membership commissions keep paying while the member stays.
What we approve, and what we decline.
Read both columns before you sign up. It saves you the wait and it saves us the email.
- You have your own audience of crafters, makers, quilters, hobbyists, or creative families. An email list, a social media following, a community, or a channel that you built.
- You can point us to it. A newsletter, a YouTube channel, an Instagram or Facebook following, a blog, a Facebook group, or a customer list of your own.
- Your people would genuinely want to come to a free craft workshop weekend.
- You send email. Affiliates who mail their list earn. Affiliates who post a link once do not. One email in the promo window is usually enough.
- You want a plan instead of homework. Twelve events a year with dates and materials handed to you.
- You want recurring income. The Craft & Create Club pays every month for as long as the member stays.
- You promote other companies' offers as a job and the audience you would send is not your own.
- You have no list, following, community, or channel of your own that we can look at.
- Your audience has nothing to do with crafting, making, or creative hobbies.
- Your plan is coupon and deal sites, cash back, paid search on our brand names, or incentivized clicks.
- You would be emailing a list you bought, rented, or scraped.
Questions, answered.
How do I actually join?
Two steps, and you need both. First, add your email to the affiliate list above. That is how you get promo windows, swipe copy, and notice before every event. Second, create your ThriveCart affiliate account, which is where your tracking link lives and how you get paid. Doing only one means either you cannot earn or we cannot reach you. New accounts are then reviewed before the links go live, so watch for the approval email.
Is everyone who signs up approved?
No. We review every new affiliate account, and we approve affiliates who have built their own audience of crafters, makers, and creative hobbyists. That means an email list, a social media following, a community, or a channel you built, and one that would want to come to a HobbyScool event. If the account does not show us an audience like that, we decline it and close it. Commission is only paid to approved affiliates, so if your account is declined, nothing it generated is paid out.
What promotion methods are not allowed?
Coupon, deal, and cash back sites. Purchased, rented, or scraped email lists. Unsolicited email. Paid search on our brand names. Posting your link on sites that are not your own. Doing any of these ends your place in the program and forfeits any unpaid commission. The full list is in the Affiliate Agreement.
What are the terms of the program?
Everything is in the Affiliate Agreement. It covers how commissions are earned and paid, what you can and cannot do when promoting, and the grounds for removal. Signing up means you accept it, so read it before you join.
How do I find my unique affiliate link?
Log into your ThriveCart dashboard. Your links are listed under each product. If you cannot find them, email help@hobbyscool.com.
Where do I get the promo materials for each event?
Every event gets its own affiliate hub with the emails, social copy, graphics, and links for that summit. We send it to you before the promotional window opens, so you never have to go looking for it. The Craft & Create Club swipe files are linked above and available any time.
How quickly can I start earning?
As soon as you are approved, which usually takes a couple of business days. Once the approval email lands you can promote any live event or the Craft & Create Club right away. Promoting before then is at your own risk, because commission is only paid to approved affiliates.
What is the commission rate?
50% on the full event funnel, which includes the VIP All-Access Pass, the order bump, and any upsells or cross-sells. Craft & Create Club memberships pay 30% on the monthly, annual, and lifetime plans. On monthly and annual that 30% applies to every renewal, not just the first payment. Lifetime is a single $197 payment, so it pays you $59.10 once.
When should I promote?
Each event has a three-week promotional window that opens three weeks before it goes live. Every upcoming event is listed above with its window, and you will get an email reminder before each one opens. The 2027 dates are confirmed by month now, with exact dates going out to affiliates first.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts run monthly through PayPal, roughly three to four weeks after the summit, once the 14-day money-back guarantee window on the VIP pass has closed.
What happens if a customer refunds?
Commission is adjusted to reflect net sales.
Can I customize the swipe emails and graphics?
Yes, and you should. Rewrite them so they sound like you. Affiliates who put the copy in their own voice consistently earn more than affiliates who send it as written.
How do I track my sales?
Real-time tracking in your ThriveCart dashboard. You can see clicks, sales, and commissions as they happen.
Twelve events a year. One link.
You have seen the calendar, the funnel, and what it pays. Sign up, and once you are approved you get your link, the swipe files, and the promo window dates for every event on the schedule.
