Your guide to attending our monthly creative summits with ease
We host summits every month, and many questions come up again and again. This FAQ covers everything you need to know—whether you’re attending for free or as a VIP Pass holder.
🔑 Do I need a login or password to watch the summit?
Free attendees: No login is required. Just use the Summit Schedule Page link we send in your daily emails.
Videos are temporarily hosted on YouTube. If YouTube prompts you to log in, that’s asking for your personal Google/YouTube account—it’s not a HobbyScool login.
VIP Pass holders: Yes, you’ll use your HobbyScool login to access lifetime replays and bonuses.

🔒 I’m a VIP. I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Password?” on the VIP login page.
Copy and paste the password exactly as it appears in the reset email (be careful with spaces and capitalization).
If you requested more than one reset, use the most recent email.
Occasionally login issues are temporary—wait an hour and try again.
🎥 Where do I watch the presentations?
Free attendees: Visit the Summit Schedule Page (link in your daily emails) and scroll to the current day. Each workshop is available free for 24 hours.
VIP Pass holders: Log in and click “VIP All-Access Pass Speaker Presentations.” You’ll have lifetime access to all sessions + speaker bonuses.
🕐 How long do I have access?
Free attendees: 24 hours per day of workshops.
VIP Pass holders: Lifetime access, anytime, anywhere.
🖥 Can I watch on my phone or tablet?
Yes! All videos are mobile-friendly.
Free workshops: Watch directly from the schedule page on any device.
VIP Pass: Best experience is in a browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.), but the course platform is mobile-responsive.
📹 The videos won’t load—what do I do?
Workshops may take up to a minute to load depending on your internet speed.
Try refreshing the page if it still looks blank.
If you’re using a VPN or strict browser settings, disable them temporarily.

🃏 How does BINGO work?
Each summit has a daily BINGO game:
Download your BINGO card (link in emails).
Each day, we’ll send you a code word—mark it on your card.
Mark your card in one of these ways:
Print & Pen: print it and cross off with a pen/marker.
Edit Digitally: open in Adobe Acrobat, Preview (Mac), or any free PDF editor and add an X or ✔.
Phone Markup: screenshot the card and use your phone’s photo editing tools to mark it.
Once you have a row, column, or diagonal, upload your marked card using the submission link provided.

❓ The videos aren’t loading or keep buffering—what should I do?
Our VIP videos are hosted on a secure platform (Adilo) and normally load instantly. If you’re seeing long delays or buffering, here are the most common fixes:
Wait a moment – Videos can take up to a minute to appear, depending on your internet speed and browser.
Try a different browser or incognito window – Chrome tends to work best. Safari or Edge may also help.
Check your home network settings – Some WiFi networks use ad/tracker blocking or VPNs that can interfere with video players. Try disabling these features temporarily, or connect using another network (e.g. mobile hotspot).
Disable browser extensions – Ad blockers, privacy filters, or script blockers can sometimes prevent the player from loading.
Clear your browser cache – Old data can get in the way of new content loading.

❓ What password do I use to log into my VIP Pass?
When you purchase the VIP Pass, no password is automatically sent to you. Instead, you create your own password through the login page.
If you don’t remember your password, simply reset it:
Go to the VIP login page → https://hobbyscool.thrivecart.com/l/
Click “Forgot Password?” under the login form.
Enter the email address you used at checkout.
You’ll get an email with a link to create a new password.
Once you reset your password, you’ll be able to log in and watch all your VIP content anytime.
👉 Tip: If you don’t see the reset email within a few minutes, check your Spam or Promotions folder.
🛍 I’m not sure what I purchased. How can I check?
It’s easy to confuse free registration, this year’s VIP Pass, and past event VIPs. Here’s the breakdown:
Free registration: 24-hour access to live summit sessions.
Current VIP Pass: Lifetime access to all workshops + resources for this summit.
Past event VIPs: Each event’s VIP Pass is separate. You only have lifetime access to the summit you purchased.

📹 Do I need Zoom?
No. All workshops are pre-recorded and streamed through our platform/YouTube. No Zoom download required.
🎁 Where do I find the speaker bonus resources? (VIP only)
Inside the VIP course platform, look for the section labeled “Speaker Bonuses.” Each bonus is organized by presenter.
