How It Works

Three Steps, and Two of Them Are Ours

1

Pick your events

After checkout you tell us which summits you want to be in. Pick the ones where your freebie actually fits — you are never dropped into an event that makes no sense for your work.

2

Send one file and a link

Your freebie, a short description, and the link where people claim it. One submission covers every event you booked.

3

We put it in front of everyone

Your resource goes into the Digital Swag Bag that every registrant receives. People click through to your page, opt in on your form, and land on your list.

Two Ways In

You Don’t Have to Teach to Be Here

Speaking at a summit is free and it is a bigger commitment. The Swag Bag costs money and asks almost nothing of you. Pick whichever one matches where you are right now.

Straight Talk

What This Is Not

We would rather you know now than be disappointed later.

  • This is not a dedicated email about you. Your freebie sits in the Swag Bag alongside other creators’ resources.
  • This is not a social media feature.
  • This is not a speaking slot, and it does not include workshop promotion.
  • This is not a guaranteed number of subscribers. How many people claim your freebie depends on how good it is and how well it fits the event.

It is one simple thing: your resource, in front of everyone who signs up for the event, with a link back to you.

FAQ

Questions People Actually Ask

Do I get to choose which event my freebie is in?

Yes. After you buy, you tell us which summit you want. You are never placed into an event that does not suit your work.

Do I need a big email list?

No. There is no minimum. Most people buying a Swag Bag spot are doing it because their list is small and they want it to grow.

What kind of freebie works best?

Something a maker can download and use the same day. Templates, patterns, printable guides, planners, mini resources. The more specific it is to the event theme, the more people claim it.

How many subscribers will I get?

We will not promise a number. It depends on your freebie and how well it matches the event. What we can tell you is how many people see it: every single person who registers for that summit.

Can I do more than one event?

Yes, and many people do. You can add events at a reduced rate at checkout.

Do I have to promote anything?

No. Speakers promote the event to their lists. Swag Bag participants do not have to do anything after they send us their file.

Is this refundable?

All sales are final once your assets are submitted, since the placement is built at that point.

I’d rather teach a workshop. Can I do that instead?

Yes, and it is free. You need at least 2,000 email subscribers, a recorded workshop, and a willingness to email your list during the promo window. See the speaker program here.

Ready to Get In Front of Them?

Send us one file. Your freebie goes out to everyone who signs up for the event you pick.
