HobbyScool Newsletter Sponsorship: Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a HobbyScool Newsletter Sponsorship placement, you agree to the following terms.

1. Sponsorship Overview

The HobbyScool Newsletter Sponsorship provides one promotional placement in the HobbyScool weekly email newsletter.

The purpose of this placement is to promote a free digital resource, lead magnet, or opt-in page to the HobbyScool audience of creators, makers, and hobbyists.

All subscriber numbers and performance metrics shown on the sales page are historical averages and not guaranteed results.

2. What's Included

Each newsletter sponsorship includes:

  • Placement in one issue of the HobbyScool weekly newsletter

  • Sponsor logo featured in the ad

  • Up to 100 words of promotional copy

  • One trackable link to the sponsor’s website or landing page

  • Distribution to the HobbyScool subscriber list

The Publisher reserves the right to determine final layout and formatting of the advertisement.

3. Sponsorship Fee

The sponsorship fee is $149 per newsletter placement, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Additional placements may be purchased during checkout.

Payment is required at the time of purchase to reserve a sponsorship spot.

4. Asset Submission

Sponsors must provide the following assets:

  • Logo (PNG preferred)

  • Advertisement copy (maximum 100 words)

  • URL destination link

Assets will be submitted through the Publisher's asset submission system.

Assets must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

If assets are not submitted within this timeframe, the Publisher reserves the right to cancel the placement without refund.

5. Scheduling

After purchase, sponsors will be invited to select an available newsletter date.

Placement dates are subject to availability and final approval by HobbyScool.

The Publisher reserves the right to adjust scheduling if necessary due to newsletter scheduling changes.

6. Content Guidelines

Sponsored placements must promote relevant content for the HobbyScool audience.

Acceptable promotions include:

  • Free digital downloads

  • Templates

  • Guides

  • Creative resources

  • Educational materials

The Publisher may decline or remove advertisements that include:

  • Misleading claims

  • Harmful or discriminatory content

  • Illegal content

  • Content not aligned with the HobbyScool audience

If a sponsorship is declined before assets are submitted, a refund may be issued at the Publisher’s discretion.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital advertising placements:

  • All sales are final once assets are submitted.

  • No refunds will be issued after the advertisement has been scheduled or delivered.

8. License to Use Submitted Materials

By submitting sponsorship assets, the sponsor grants HobbyScool permission to use submitted logos, copy, and links solely for the purpose of creating and distributing the newsletter advertisement.

9. Limitation of Liability

HobbyScool and Destini Copp LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to this sponsorship.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the sponsorship.

10. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Sponsorship Terms & Conditions.
